Reliance Entertainment has struck up a 50:50 joint venture deal with Phantom films. Reliance is owned by Anil Ambani where as Phantom is a joint venture with 4 partners.

The terms of the deal include -

Reliance will own 50 per cent of the combined business.

The other 50% will be divided equally between Anurag Kashyap, Vikas Bahl, Vikramaditya Motwane and Madhu Mantena who are the 4 promoters of this production.

Phantom Films will manage  the day-to-day operations. 

They will produce 5-6 films a year, distribution these films in India and abroad .
